AVAR

AUDIO VISUALIZER AUGMENTED REALITY

Three Audio Visualizers

Water Simulation

If a song has a lower bpm or a more subtle waveform the application will recognize the mood of the song and choose this of the three audio visualizers to enrich the musical experience.

Shifting Geometry

AVAR will choose the shifting icosa shape if it recognizes that the music being played is uptempo or electronic. This is to create that futuristic and modern feel to entice listeners.

Spiky Diamond

AVAR will recognize the speed of the song so if some sort of metal or drum and bass is played it will visualize with the diamond for those who like more "edgey" genres.

Rationale

Avar is an augmented reality project that envelops a user into music allowing them to select through different scenes and environments to help reflect and aid their music preference. With the introduction of audio visualization we can expand upon that idea and start to think of what other types of visualizations we can immerse the user into.
